Operation and crewing

Part of our service is the comprehensive and safe operation of luxury yachts, with which we aim to enable you as a yacht owner to have peace of mind. We have long experience and know-how about the things required to maintain a yacht and the responsibility it brings, and we offer full service support for all things related to yacht ownership, with strong expertise. In this way, we enable the operation of your vessel also on an international level.

So you can hand over the responsibility of mapping maintenance needs, taking care of insurance matters and paperwork to us without worry, so you can focus on enjoying the things that are most important to you, whether your yacht is in Finland or abroad.

In the comprehensive management of your yacht, we handle the full electronic documentation and recording of your vessel’s insurance, maintenance procedures, spare parts, crew list, and any other related paperwork. Our service area spans the entire globe, and we always adhere to the international MARPOL and SOLAS conventions, regardless of the flag state. This ensures smooth flag state or registry changes. We operate all of our yachts in compliance with international agreements, which allows us to offer our management services across all maritime regions, worldwide.

We also recruit and hire full-time or part-time professional crew for you and take care of their yacht-specific orientations. We take care of the paperwork related to occupation, such as employment contracts and insurance policies and their electronic documentation.

Maintenance and renovation

A significant part of our operations is the mapping and implementation of high-quality maintenance and renovation works and needs. We offer maintenance and renovation work of various sizes carried out with strong professional skills and experience all year round, taking your and your yacht’s needs into account.

We carry out yacht bottom work, polishing, sanding work and coatings as well as all repair work that requires special attention, such as fiberglass repairs or maintenance of teak surfaces. Our strong expertise also enables the implementation of refit works of various sizes, from smaller interior upholstery or replacement works to larger renewal projects. In addition, we perform various engine and boat electrical work, such as seasonal maintenance and repairs of engines and power increases.

Budgeting

Our operations also include the implementation of your yacht’s annual budgeting and reporting. With experience and professionalism, we draw up a comprehensive, realistic budget that meets your and your yacht’s wishes and needs, taking into account the yacht’s current needs and their optimal planning and implementation. When it comes to budgeting, communication with the customer is of paramount importance to us, and we strive to find the ideal solution for every need.

Charter operation

We organize international level charter activities on our yachts and take care of everything related to it both in Finland and abroad. We organize country-specific licenses for international charters and communicate with local agents and brokers, following the agreements of the international organization MYBA. This allows us to organize charter activities anywhere in the world. With the help of our high-quality and international charter operations, we enable your yacht to have wide visibility in addition to comprehensive management and maintenance.

Purchases, sales and imports

As international level luxury yacht service providers, we offer comprehensive support and consultation also for yacht buying or selling processes. Finding the right type and price of yacht can be a challenging process, and we want to be with you in ensuring the most profitable and enjoyable yacht ownership for you, with strong cooperation and professionalism.

We are at your side throughout the entire procurement process, and we will help you find a yacht that meets your needs and wishes. We carry out the comprehensive surveys and condition checks of the yachts before the purchase, which we use to ensure the purchase of a yacht as reasonable as possible. Thanks to our expertise, finding the right type of yacht is therefore not only safer and easier, but also more reasonable, because with our help you can make the most optimal and also financially profitable purchase decision. If necessary, we also deliver yachts to Finland from, for example, the Mediterranean Sea or other parts of the world and organize their transfers as we see fit. In the case of yacht sales and brokerage processes, we take care of all issues related to the sale of yachts, such as putting the yacht in salable condition, sales descriptions, texts and brochures, and listing as an object for sale.

Consulting

We offer a professional consultation service for any puzzle or problem related to your yacht, be it insurance, registration, flag state changes or traffic zone changes. We also help you with various health inspections and tax planning related to the purchase or sale of yachts.
