Chrishando Adams
My name is Chrishando, and i am a dedicated yachting professional. Yachting or boating in general was never something I was exposed to so i never imagined myself as a seafarer, yet stepping into this world has turned out to be one of the most joyful and rewarding chapters of my life. What began as an unexpected opportunity has grown into a career i truly value and take pride in.
Before entering the yachting industry, i built a strong foundation in hospitality, learning the importance of discretion, attention to detail, and refined service. I later owned and operated a small carpentry business for several years,developing a keen eye for craftsmanship, quality finishes, and personal accountability- skills that translate seamlessly into maintaining high standards onboard.
Throughout my yachting career, I’ve been fortunate to work on a variety of vessels and alongside diverse crews. From each boat, I’ve consciously taken forward the strongest values, systems, and work ethics – whether that be professionalism, teamwork, efficiency, or geust-focused service. These experiences have shaped my work ethic and have given me me a well – rounded understanding of what it takes to operate at a high level within a luxury environment.
From a young age, I’ve had a passion for staying physically active, a mindset i still carry with me today. Outside off yachting, my favourite hobby is mountain biking, an activity that keeps me grounded, and physically prepared for the demands of life onboard.
I’m know for my kind, calm, and approachable nature, and connecting easily with people from all walks of life. Yachting has also thought me a great deal about myself-reinforcing the importance of continuous growth.
Looking ahead, i am motivated to continue progressing within the industry, refining my skills, expanding my responsibilities, and always striving to add value to the vessel, my crew, and the overall onboard experience.
